These packages are economical, affordable, and of great value to all Saints fans, regardless if you are actually attending the “Big Game.” With the least expensive airfare currently at $600.00 per person (plus baggage fees and connections), this package offers convenience and a great way to experience the excitement of the Saints being in South Florida for the Super Bowl. ITINERARY:

Depart New Orleans and the area from one of six convenient locations. Travel in style onboard a comfortable chartered bus with restroom and television screens. Traveling to Fort Lauderdale will take approximately 13 hours. Enroute, we will make 3 rest stops including one extended stop for those interested in purchasing food. It is estimated our total travel time to Fort Lauderdale from New Orleans will be 14 hours. PLEASE NOTE: A MEMBER OF THE GUEST PLANNERS TEAM WILL TRAVEL WITH THE GROUP ON THE BUS TO SOUTH FLORIDA. ADDITIONALLY, BECAUSE THE GUEST PLANNERS IS BASED IN MIAMI, OUR LOCAL AND FRIENDLY TEAM WILL BE AVAILABLE 24/7 THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY IN SOUTH FLORIDA.

Upon our arrival at the hotel in which you have selected (from the list below), you will be able to check in and relax. On Friday evening, the day is yours to choose how you would like to enjoy your time in Florida. The Guest Planners Team will be available at the hotels to make suggestions, book a golf tee time, or arrange a dinner reservation. The Guest Planners Team is also available 24 hours a day throughout your stay in South Florida.

Everglades Excursion: We will depart the hotel at 10:00 AM enroute to the Florida Everglades. For those individuals who would like to join us, you will be in for an incredible experience. The Florida Everglades is a vast nature habitat where as we ride in an airboat and glide over saw grass, we may encounter alligators, hawks, turtles, birds, iguanas, and many other species. Our “Gladesman” will explain to you the fascinating details of the Everglades including how South Florida obtains its drinking water and how to survive for days in the Everglades. After the airboat ride, you will have time to experience an alligator presentation and walk the grounds to interact with the many unique animals on the premises.

South Beach and Lincoln Road: We will depart the hotel at 7:00 PM enroute to South Beach and Lincoln Road. It is here there is sure to be plenty of Saints fans dining at one of the diverse restaurants, having a drink at a bar, or shopping at the many boutique stores. The Guest Planners Team will point you in the right direction so that you are familiar with the area and enjoy your experience. We will depart South Beach at midnight.

Sunday, February 7, 2010 – The day the Saints win the Super Bowl (we hope)

Super Bowl: We will depart the hotel at 1:00 PM enroute to the Super Bowl. (Please note that Super Bowl tickets are not included in this package). Depending on traffic, we expect to arrive at the stadium around 1:45 PM. This will give you plenty of time to take in all of the sites and interact with other Saints fans. For those individuals with Super Bowl Tickets, you will be able to take advantage of the activities at Game Day Fan Plaza and NFL Tailgate 2010, located on the grounds of the Sun Life Stadium (home to Super Bowl 2010, XLIV). It will also give you plenty of time to be in your seats early for the pre-game entertainment. (Game time is 6:25 PM). Following the game, you will have plenty of time to view the Saints (we hope) celebrating their Super Bowl victory. We will depart the stadium 30 to 45 minutes after the completion of the game.

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Watch Party: For "Guests" who do not have tickets to the Super Bowl, The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is hosting a free to enter watch party with big screen televisions in their large arena. At the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, there are also many bars, restaurants, clubs, shops, and activities to do which will make for a great day and evening. Transportation will be provided to and from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. Relax in comfort with bottled water as we say goodbye to South Florida. After breakfast (included at the Embassy Suites and Marriott Courtyard), we will depart the hotel at 10:00 AM and with the time change, expect to arrive back in New Orleans around 11:45 PM. We will make stops enroute including a stop for those interested in purchasing lunch or dinner.

Boca Raton Resort and Club

About: The Boca Raton Resort and Club is a gem and home to the Elite when traveling to the area. Part of the Waldorf Astoria Collection, this four star, four diamond retreat, located in Boca Raton, offers Guests superior service and amenities. From relaxing by one of the pools to playing a round of golf and from touring the 356 acres to participating in a tennis match, the possibilities are endless. Guest also receive complementary access to relaxing on the private beach or at the pools of the exclusive Boca Beach Club, located across the inter-coastal waterway from the Boca Raton Resort and Club. Within walking distance of the resort are many boutique shops and restaurants including Mizner Park.

The property which boasts a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, and workout center, is located on the beach, providing great flexibility as to how you would like to relax and enjoy your time in South Florida. About: Recently renovated and with ongoing renovations, the Marriott Courtyard offers “Guests” a clean, comfortable, and value oriented stay. Located in Boca Raton just off of I-95, the hotel is within walking distance to the Towne Center Mall. It is here when “Guests” can dine at one of the many fabulous restaurants or “shop ‘til they dropped.” Prior to or after the mall, “Guests” may also choose to relax at the swimming pool. The rooms are comfortable with a King Size Bed and a pull out sofa bed.
